What does your cardiologist say?  What about your OB?

What caused the inflammation in the first place.  If it's a one off infection/inflammation that's cleared and your heart muscle is fine, then there is no reason for you not to be able to have another baby.  But if your heart muscle is damaged or it's caused by an ongoing condition (that makes it worse during pregnancy) then it's a risk to both you and the baby.
