chance of pregnancy?

well I'm a healthy 20yr old I have was on my pms since I was 10yrs old first it was normal then as I grew older my menstrual cycle change drasticly over an amount of time..from normal to completely abnormal..i wouldn't have my pms every month more like I only get it 4 times a yr like a seasonal pms..since I finally got on birthcontrol my pms has been back to normal, then I stop taking them..have a hard time keeping up with it. well long story short my pms is normal but lately I been having my pms like 2 times a mo. recently I just finished my last pms. and some odd reason my breast started hurting for like already a week and a half and when I eat anything even just snacks I feel so full even tho I'm still hungry..and I been gassy lastnite I kept farting uncontrollably and my boyfriend finds it verry amusing due to me feelin so ashamed.. anywaise my breast has never felt any slight discomfort nor soreness ache or what so ever before in my life even though i'll be getting my pms... and 4 the last 3 days I been feeling tired and I don't vigirously work out... I been feeling the need to cry but don't know why.. sometimes I cry out of stress and deepression.. my lower back hurts sometimes mostly when I sit up..what could all this mean?

Here is what docs have told me that can help with pms.  B12 vitamins and staying away from sugar and caffeine.  I guess it is the natural way.
Make sure that you take your pill everyday at the same time and don't miss any, because if you miss too many you can cause yourself to bleed.  You might need to change your pill though, because if it isn't stopping your period or is causing you to have another period you need to change to find one with different levels of hormones.
your not pregnant, I think that first one misunderstood.

It could be PMS (Pre Menstrual Syndrome) and also a hormonal imbalance, which seems to have been going on for sometime - re irregular periods. See a doctor and have your hormones checked. :)
