chest and jaw pain at the same time

why am I having  episodes where my chest has pain and my jaw in pain at the same time

I agree with Jen's comment. Chest pain that causes jaw pain could be
quite serious. Nothing to ignore. Make an appointment with your family
doctor as quickly as possible so you can get to see your doctor asap.

You seriously need to get this checked out ASAP. Chest pain that causes jaw pain is nothing to ignore.  Please get this checked out as it could be very serious.
