chlamydia

I was recently diagnosed with chlamydia. I was given a one dose of azithromycin. I had sex on the 7th day and I experienced vaginal bleeding. Does this mean that I still have it?

Don't know about that, it's possible you  need a stronger antibiotic, really don't know though. I just mentioned the getting partner treated because that's a very common mistake.

Yes we were both treated. I was told not to have sex for seven days and I haven't. So I'm just wondering if it is possible that it takes longer or if I should see my doctor for a stronger antibiotic or if it's because I am still in the process of healing.

Did your partner get a dose of the antibotic too? If the person you got it from/shared it with didn't get treated as well it's very likely that you just are sharing it back and forth.

I don't know about the symptoms themselves, but always make sure you tell your partner(s) that way they will get treated and won't (re)infect unknowingly.
