constant leg pain

i had a baby 20 months ago and had a pap smear after her birth which came back cin111, i went on to have the relevent treatment but could never have my follow up smear as i discovered i was already pregnant again my new baby is now 5 months old and i had the long awaited follow up smear 5 weeks ago :) still awaiting result. i also had my gall bladder out bout 8 weeks ago now as had severe gall stones and in among i had a lymph node infection(busy time), my problem is i suffer terrible nearly constant leg pain mainly thigh area which works its way down and my legs has a not nice looking tiny red spotty texture on them. any ideas on what this could be ????????? sick of taking pain killers which don't work.

My biggest concern would be a blood clot. Lost a friend to it a few years ago. The clot went to her lungs and killed her instantly while she was fixing a glass of soda.
