Yes, sometimes people get cramping pain during ovulation.  This pain is known as mittelschmerz.

Hello, women cramp when they are ovulating because the one of your two ovaries are rupturing in order release the egg to be fertilized. Perfectly normal, and common yet not all women will experience pain. Pain can be felt on either one region or radiate to both ovaries

Good in the sense that it indicates when your ovulating, only downside is that it could make you feel kind of crappy. Some doctors have told me that it's not normal to feel pain during menstruation or ovulation, but frankly that's ********. =)

Cramping for me lasts my ENTIRE period and entire ovulation. Scientists say ovulation will only last one day, but that is horse doo doo. The effects and cramping and high chance of pregnancy last longer than just a day. As for your boobies feeling tender, it may be either an imbalance in your hormones (such as elevated estrogen)  or perhaps pregnancy. Go see you gynecologist to get your hormones checked dear, if you have a hormonal imbalance it can be cured naturally, don't be quick to ingest hormones orally, as it is not that hard to get them on track again. A pregnancy test should be accurate about 2-3 weeks after intercourse to tell you if you are pregnant or not.  You can get those at walgreens, good luck!
