its only been a week but I just have that feeling that I'm pregnant and maybe even some of the very beginning of symptoms and I just took aleve because I've been having. a horrible headache. that wouldn't cause any harm this early would it if I possibly am pregnant

ps. I've been feeling slightly nauseous but not throwing up my stomach has just been feeling different, I've had headaches and slight bleeding (if it was implantation bleeding) and feeling like I have to pee a lot

No... You'll be ok. Even if you are pregnant.
If that worries you, take Tylenol which is usually what drs will tell you to take if you have pain.
Have you taken a pregnancy test?

For peace of mind you should not take the medications.

I would imagine most OTC drugs should say they're not safe during pregnancy if they aren't safe during pregnancy.  For your peace of mind, you could always consult with a pharmacist.

I'm having same symptoms and it will be 2 weeks for me thursdsy if I am. Took s test today negative so just wait for my period. No having a headache won't harm the baby it's just all the hormones etc rushing its normal in early pregnancy. Good luck
