diarrehea and cramping in upper thighs with periodic abdominal pain

I have had pain in my lower right abdomen on and off now for about 4 weeks. I've had a normal period. Just this week I have been experiencing upper thigh cramping or muscle spasm along with diarrhea about 2-3 hours after I eat. Any suggestions of what could be causing this?

I am having trouble sleeping at nights because of severe cramps in my thighs.  It is so painful that at times I have considered calling the ambulance.  The pain starts in my thighs and go straight up to my waist.

Perhaps you should see a GI doctor since it seems to happen after you eat?
