why cant anyone help me !

I've asked the same question over and get more answers from you guys than my own doctor ! I've had a pap test and results came back fine. Now I needed to go and once again switch my family doctor to get a referral to see a gyno.. and I have not heard back from them. I am getting really depressed and lonely its odd, I've never felt this way before. they prescribe me pills that make me feel awful and make me sleep. When I don't take them I suffer, and when I can sleep I wake up with migraines and have night terrors about someone stabbing me in the stomach. I get really horrible cramps, I almost feel like someone is stabbing me, I vomit, and either have cravings or I don't eat for 3 days and not notice. I get really hot/sweaty, and wake up randomly in my housefreezing with a window open (winter time like -14 outside aha) and pass out on some occasions. And they don't only happen when I'm on my period, I have had cramps for the last 2 weeks and only started Saturday and it was very heavy. I've taken many pregnancy tests. And it hurts, even the opening of my vagina. And when I have to pass gas or other things I can feel pressure and it pains. And I can no longer hold My pee in.. my mother is getting afraid that it may be cervical cancer.. but if it was, shouldnt they have found something. Pardon my spelling and grammar, I am in a rush but appreciate your input.
Anyone have any of these symptoms ?

Hello,
These possibilities can be confirmed only after pelvic examination and investigations like ultrasound. You should get them done from your gynecologist.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Thanks, appreciate your reply. Since I live in Canada, I have to have a referral in order to see a gyno. Since I've been 14-15 they've always sent me home with new pills, and didn't need for an examination.. I've had a pap test, and everything seemed normal, when I was 17. And they suggest Birth control, I've tried pills and patch. vIve recently started seeing a new doctor and he still does the same thing, its been 2 weeks since my last visit. And he, or the Gyno has not contacted me.. and I'm afraid they have already decided that I don't need to see one. And I'm also wondering how I can go into see one to check more into this. My initial question is how to get them to look at me, does my vagina or uterus have to be falling out ?

Hello,
These symptoms can be due to due to pelvic inflammatory disease, fibroids, endometriosis (abnormality of lining of uterus), pelvic tumors, and intra uterine device (like copper-T) etc. You should consult gynecologist for internal examination and other test needed to detect it's cause.
