does anyone have any other answer to frequent dreams other than they are a good thing and we should all 'keep dreaming' ? i have long, epic and extremely vivid dreams every night that i remember in the morning and for those of you who get this too i understand how annoying it is. what i would do for just one night of pure, sound sleep. but seriously, for the last year or so ive been having vivid dreams every night. i often wake up to five times but i soon as i go back to sleep i start dreaming again. somethings related to life and people that maybe ive been thinking about, or upcoming or past events ive been thinking about. but mostly just a bizzare sequence of events that makes absolutely no sense. i think its related to the amoung of psychedics i do but its a real bother cause every morning i wake up feeling like ive not rested at all. someone with something of value to say?

My first advice would be to cut back on the psychedelics. If you're doing so much as to interfere with your sleep, then you're doing too much.  Try cutting back and see if your sleep improves. Having said that, I too have vivid dreams sometimes, though a certain amount of it is probably normal for some people. Good luck.
