fell and banged head ,vomiting, severe headache ?

my daughter, who is an adult was accidently pushed in a crowd and fell and banged her head at the back without anything stopping her fall, she was in a house party and had only 3 glasses of wine , it was time to go home when this happened at the end of the night , she came in off balance, vomiting , severe headache  and a bit disoriented, next day , still vomiting, severe headache, and one sided neck ache with radiating shoulder pain, i don't think it was 3 glasses of wine , what do you think?

Sounds like a concussion and she should be checked. Anytime a person has dizziness, severe headache, visual disturbances or vomiting after a head impact, they need to be seen. I hope it all turns out to be minor but even with that, she may feel crummy for a couple more days.

I don't really know much about this but since no one has commented you back yet I just want to say that that doesn't sound like a hangover to me. 3 glasses of wine isn't enough for her to still be having these symptoms the next day (provided she is of normal weight etc.) I think you should take her to the emergency room or at least consult a doctor. It's better to be safe than sorry. Good luck and keep me posted.
