fluid in the cul-de-sac

I have had multiple work ups done over the years. I have noticed my u/s and CT scans have always listed f"free fluid in the cul-de-sac." It showed up before my hysterecomy I had at age 23 and still continues to show up now. No one has looked further into it and I wonder if it needs follow up? The only other finding have been hemangiomas on my liver which I understand is of no harm. I am curious if it could be the cause for my constant bloating and fatigue ( I am 5'6 103 pnds but look pregnant). I was diagnosed with premature menopause and gonadal dysgensis (normal kerotype) at age 17.
