Yes. Usually an abortion does not cause any harm to reproductive organs. Umm basically, it should not cause any difficulties. There is a chance that the abortion left scar tissue that will pose problems, but generally women can have abortions, miscarriages, partial birth abortions, D&C's, and not have any problems conceiving in the future.
If you are under age 35 you can try for 6 months to 1 year (80% of couples trying will become pregnant in a year) (u have 20% chance of getting pregnant each month) and if nothing happens in 1 year then contact your doctor. If you are over age 35 (it is harder for women to conceive the older they get, 35 is a cutoff) then contact your doctor FIRST and let him know your concerns.
GENERALLY women ovulate (release the egg) around two weeks after the first day of their period, or near the middle of their cycle. So the best time to have sex would be on day 14 if you have a 28 day cycle. go to babycenter ******* and they have lots of info if you are trying to conceive!
Best of luck!
