hard bumps in a line between Clit and Urethra

HI, I have been suffering from recurrent episodes of yeast infections for over a year now. I noticed a few months ago, a vertical line of flesh colored bumps (they almost look like a reptilian back!) between my clitoris and urethra. They dont hurt per se but they are very sensitive to the touch and very uncomfortable to the touch as well. I used to use amoxillin (an antibiotic) for almost any cold/flu/sore throat/fever and now im beginning to think whether this has been the cause for my yeast infections. Im a healthy person with a good diet and physical exercise. If someone knows the answer, please please let me know. I have been avoiding the gyno because I dont have a GP yet and its very expensive. But I think I might have to resort to one as I dont want to find out I have HPV or cancer or STI or some ****. Thanks
