when i workout on treadmil my heart rate goes to 174-190

It's normal for your heart rate to go rather high during exercise.

If you search "max heart rate calculation," you should find a mayoclinic result which will ask for your age.  It will tell you what your goal range is based on that.  If you're well above that, you may want to back down the exercise.
