There really is no way anyone can diagnose you without actually seeing you but any bleeding for 34 days straight needs to be evaluated.  The blood lumps sound like clots.  It is possible you have some fibroids but it could also be that your cycle is a bit off from the medicine you were taking or you could have an underlying hormonal balance problem.  Just so we are clear, fibroids are tumors in your uterus not blood clots.  Fibroids may cause excessive bleeding which can lead to blood clots but fibroids won't pass through you.  They need to be treated by a doctor.   The bottom line being you really need to make an appointment with your gynocologist and get checked out to find out exactly what is causing your symptoms and the next steps you need to take to correct the issue.  Take care and keep us posted on how you are doing.
