Hello,
There are numerous causes for such pain. Some of the common causes are Infection or inflammation of the organs present in the pelvis, pelvic adhesions, ovarian cysts, vaginal infections, bladder problems, irritable bowel syndrome, uterine fibroids and pelvic inflammatory diseases (PID) .Endometriosis can cause chronic pelvic pain. Hence it is advisable for you to immediately see a gynecologist, for an accurate diagnosis as your further treatment depends on the diagnosis.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. Hello,
If the smell is associated with any vaginal discharge then you need to get a culture of the cervical and vaginal swabs to rule out any bacterial vaginosis or infection. But if the smell is from urine or faeces then it needs evaluation from a urologist/ physician.
