help - vagina sores

I have sores on my genital area, they started out as red bumps/lumps and now look kind of like an open sore and some are white in colour on the top, they have not been any clusters forming like you would expect with herpes, but I'm still very concerned. They are very painful to touch and one is in a very awkward place therefore causing irritation and pain.
I have applied sudocream to them, And some are drying up and going away however, some remain and i want to know what these lumps are.
I suffer from urine infections a lot, and 2weeks ago I had what felt like begining of a urine infection developing - the lumps started to appear a few days after, and I'm still having pain urinating.
Please help...

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL

Hello,
These sores can be due to boils, herpes sores or STD’s. Keep the area clean and apply some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove.Avoid any kind of cosmetics. Topical antibiotics such as mupirocin or neomycin containing ointment are also useful. In case the symptoms persist then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult a dermatologist in that case. Also then get herpes and STD’s like lymphogranuloma venereum ruled out.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

An std wouldn't go away with sudocrem though would it? And that's what's happening?

it should like an std. because their open sores. If they were closed they could be ingrown hairs or a vaginal infection
