Marvelon is a type of hormonal contraception commonly known as 'the pill' or combined oral contraceptive pill which contains two active ingredients, ethinylestradiol and desogestrel. It is used for regularizing the irregular periods.
In your case, since you had 3 abortions, so any adhesion formation causing difficulty in conceiving should also be explored and in this exploratory laparascopy is very helpful.

Hello,
What you are having is secondary infertility. Common causes of infertility in female are endometriosis, ovulation problem, pelvic inflammatory disease, poor egg quality, polycystic ovarian syndrome, damaged or blocked fallopian tubes etc. In male reason for infertility are related to sperm (azoospermia, oligospermia), problem with sperm delivery, due to sexual dysfunction, and an obstruction etc. Hence complete work up has to be done to know the underlying cause.

Did your abortions go properly? It's possible that because you had so many it caused scar tissue in your uterus making it difficult for implantation to occur.
As for having a period without ovulation, yes this is possible. It's called an anovulatory cycle. Fertility starts to decline after a female turns 35 and while still possible some require medical intervention in order to conceive. You can see a doctor and have simple testing done to make sure your hormone levels are fine.
