What could be a possible explanation for painful nipples?
My nipples also hurt..well they r like sore i have taken a hpt but came out neg. n i don't thing it's period cycles. But i have noticed a pimple looking bump on the side of my nipple that looks like its made of skin and some times i get this cramp in my whole breast..what can it be?

The various causes of nipple soreness are premenstrual syndrome, hormone therapy, pregnancy and breast feeding, fibrocystic disease, use of oral contraceptives and rarely a breast malignancy. In your case it can be due to pre menstrual syndrome if your periods have not yet come.
