Absolutely.And it's a risk free way to pleasure yourself and explore your sexuality without all the risks of pregnancy and STD's .In our society it's frowned upon by many people yet it is a healthy and safe activity where you have control.
It is very normal, it means that you are thinking ore abot sex, which means you are ready to become sexually active with whever you're with. Masterbating is just a way to give your hormones what it wants right then and there. If you feel shameful of it then dont. Every human has done i once or twice in their lives, remember we're only human. We live, we love, we work, we die, it's just the way of life. I hope his helps.
