is the period pattern change from 5 days to 2-3 days with milder flow normal?

What would be the reason for this I am 23 years old female. I used to have period flow red colored almost heavy (not terrible) for almost 5 days before. But since some months the flow is lesser and only for 2-3 days with the first day having brown red color. My period dates are perfectly regular . So is this pattern change normal or is it a matter of health concern?

Your period will shift from time to time and you can have an off month or the whole pattern will change. As long as it is within 'normal" you are good.  And you still are so I would not worry.  If it is unusual and you have had unprotected sex, then take a pregnancy test to rule it out but I think it is all nothing to worry about!
