lump between urethral and vaginal opening.

I have a small lump between my urethral opening and vagina, from the last 4-5 months and peeing was extremely painfull. I went to a urologist, and told him my symptoms that I have had recurrent UTIs for 3 years, painfull urination, n I have to push again and again hard to urinate( literally stop n start. stop n start) I had been taking antibiotics n recently they didnt work...so the urologist told me that I migjt have a tight urethra, and a cystoscopy would help to dilate the urethra and also help to take a look at my bladder. after my cystoscopy with dilation, my condition was good for 3 days, after the antibiotics finished( I was given antibiotics for 2 days), the urine didnt need to be pushed, but today it started again...i doubt it has something to do with the lump. I have asked him about the lump, but he didnt seem to respond properly, and said it would go and that is not the problem. also my bladder was normal in the cystoscopy results.
