lump on vigina lip lower area

Hi. I recently discovered a pea sized lump on the lower left vagina lip. According to other sites this could be a cyst and that I should drink paracetamol tablets for the pain it helps for a while then it hurts again . But in the last 2 days it has grown into the size of a grape and is extremely painful when sitting down or trying to walk around. I haven't had sex in like a year or masturbate so I can't be sexual.  What is it ? And what should I be doing about it ? To embarrassed to tell my mom or go see a doctor.

What ointment you use?
Good to know you are feeling better. But keep doing Seitz bath and fibrous diet til it's completely gone. Are you having any pus discharge from the lump?

Hey
It must be fistula or fissure. It's because of constipation. Eat prunes and warm milk with ghee in the morning. Have fibrous rich diet. Consume more water. Keep the area clean. Don't strain while passing stool. It will make your pea shaped lump bigger and painful.

Sitz bath will free you from pain temporarily.

Don't feel embarrassed. Consult doctor as soon as possible. Antibiotics will help you. Prolonging it will be real problem. Trust me. I am suffering from fistula for two years now. It's painful. I'm not ready for a surgery, so taking homeopathy medicine.
