lymphomas...are they all cancerous???

MY AUNT HAS A LYMPHOMA ON HER SCALP.  I WAS WONDERING DOES THAT MEAN SHE HAS CANCER???

my uncle had lymphoma on the  lungs causes he cant breath well due to the lymphoma totally blocked the right hole passage through lungs he has undergo radiation for 28 days except saturdays and sundays.my question was like these is there any reaction after these daily radiation?what about the lungs is this safe?and is this really good?and how does radiation work for a lymphoma cancer after radiation?is the lymphoma cured w/ radiation treatment?is it srinking?he lose gain every day,about 4 lbs,is this normal?why he had still coughing?and edema?i'm hoping to hear your answer soonest possible.
