magnesium in health

I want to ask you If the magnesium in the water or in the food is health for us? I heard something about that,but I need more information.

Yes - all multivitamins contain magnesium. It's a good thing! If you don't get enough magnesium in your diet, you can develop serious illnesses.

Are you curious about mercury in the water?  That is not good for you if that was what you meant to question.
