missed period, negative pregnancy tests

I am a 21 year old female. I have had regular periods every since i can remember. I have taken like 6-7 home pregnancy tests and 1 hcg blood test. The last day of my last period was Feb. 27. and i havent had a period since. Do you think there is a slight chance i could be pregnant, or might the be something more serious wrong with me. Please HELP!!!!!!!!!!

After the birth of my son I started missing my periods.  First it started slowly then I didn't have one for nearly 3 years.  I knew that I had PCOS, Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, since I was 15, but didn't think anything of it.  When I went into the Dr.  he said that the missed period was just lack of me ovulating.  So you might just not be ovulating for some reason.  I would have them check to see if you are ovulating.  If you aren't ovulating you can either have no period or heavy periods.  Also there are some women that don't test postive on their tests for quite some time.  Dont' worry too much just talk with your doctor more seriously.

I hope this does'nt scare you but I missed peiods and all that for almost 2 years before I finally went to my General Dr. I knew I was'nt pregnant but she ran all these blood tests and based on those being funky, she sent me to a endocronolgist to figure it out..I still am fighting to find out the rest but I so far I have found out that I have a pititary tumor and a pineal gland cyst...actual brain tumors..so push to have some more blood work done, you never know what is going on inside sometimes till you fight for yourself...if you just feel uncomfortable with their simple answers, don't be afraid to push a little to really figure it out. Best of luck!
