I hope you don't find this post to be too irrelevant but consider this. If you feel you are overweight do the following. Walk, stretch if you have a partner stretch with your partner etc. If you engage in intimate concourse etc.. whatever you do try to do it in a way in which you are moving and using your muscles more to burn caloires.
Doing things that use your legs is the best thing for weight loss due to thigh percentage of muscles that make up your leg mass. Also do not reduce how much you eat but try to eat healthier. If you have a salad steak and potato eat the starch last. Do not drink much during dinner because this will reduce the feeling of being full as the bolus (chewed food) is forced somewhat through the valve in your stomach.
Also stay away from foods and drinks with high fructose syrup as this wiill also contribute to your feeling hungrier.

like serioussam said it all depends on how active you are. i'm 5'4 and athletic. i chase around 2 toddlers, jog and do weights. i LOOK like i should weigh 130ish but b/c of the muscle i'm 140.
Your ideal weight should be somewhere between or close to 101-136
Believe it or not how physically active you are actually plays a part in this equation as muscle weighs a lot more than fat. How active would you say you are?
