So I took a ovulation test and it was positive then I took a pregnancy test and it was negative so I'm not pregnant right? I haven't missed my period and all we did was stick the tip in with for sure no pre??

You should be ok.... I'm no Dr... But I'd venture to say you should be OK (not pregnant). If you're late, then maybe a test will ease your worries.

That's all he did and that was 10 days ago and my period was on the 12 of December so I would be ovulating around now so I shouldn't get pregnant right?

An ovulation test is NOT the same as a pregnancy test. An ovulation test will only tell you if you are ovulating. When you ovulate is the best time to have sex. So, you are correct... Negative pregnancy test means not pregnant.
What did you mean by your last question... "Stick the tip in with for sure no pre?"
