I would see the doctor as soon as you can as you may have contracted a urinary tract infection or STI. From what I have read STI's like chlamydia take up to two weeks to show symptoms so I highly doubt that is what you have but it is always smart to discuss your symptoms with your doctor and get tested.

It will ease your mind and, if it is in fact an STI or other infection, it will most likely be cured easily and fairly quickly with antibiotics. If you wait too long however and you do in fact have an infection, the symptoms will worsen and you can inflict damage to your body. The bast advice I can give is to try your best to stay calm and see a doctor as soon as possible.
