period problem

hi im 44yrs old and iam suffering with irregular periods im a 21 day cycle but only go 14 days then back on period i get really bad anxicstiy and constantly feel like ive got period ache im tierd all the time whats wrong with me

yes i will  keep you posted  ive been taking menopace for  2 weeks now  and ive already gone 21 days with out a period so feel much better than having them every 14 days lol must have had  inbalanced hormones and these tablets balance the hormones back out so im feeling brill at the moment  i would recomend these to anyone else who is suffering with irregular periods there worth a try anyways thanks again for your response its nice to feel like someone is trying to help thank you so much for your support

hi i will take a look on the medhelp anxiety sight thanks and i have started taking menopace and i would recomend to anyone these have made me feel sooooo much better i still get anxiety attacks but not as bad and i am feeling quite good in myself so i thought i would let you know and thank you so much for your help :)))))))) xx

MedHelp has an Anxiety forum too, maybe you can post there and get some help with anxiety.  I know that is certainly difficult to deal with.  Keep doing research and don't give up.  Definitely keep us posted.

hi seattlemom soz its took so long to reply to your answer i couldnt log in any way thank you so much for your reply i do belive it is menapause due to symtoms i have got and my age its just the panic attacks get me down ive tried all sorts of stuff but cant get rid i can cope with every thing else ive been to docs and he just gives me beta blockers but they dont help dont no what else to do i think i will have to do some more research on my computor :(

I would get your levels checked through your doctor, you may be starting menopause or could be having a build up of lining.  Keep us posted.
