this is my second period and it is very hervy is this normal

Yes it can be normal. It takes a while for your body to become normal. And some girls just normally have heavy periods. You may even miss a few here and there for a while.

When you're just starting your period it can vary widely from spotting to heavy flows. What you are experiencing is probably normal.  If it continues to be very heavy you might consult a doctor about it. Before you do though, write back and tell us what you think heavy is. Some women have heavy flows every month and are considered normal. It depends on the amount and duration. Good luck.
