plan b and birth control.....

Ok so here it goes. My girlfriend and I were having sex the other night and the condom broke and I ejaculated inside her. She is on birth control but just to be safe we went and got Plan B and she took it only 12 after "the accident". She was two days away from starting her sugar pills for her birth control. Well, she started her sugar pills on the 27th of January and its now Feb. 1st and she still has not gotten her period. Is this probably because of the Plan B? Is it possible that she might miss this period because she will be starting her regular birth control pills soon? Whats the chance of her being pregnant when she is on birth control AND we took Plan B? Thanks .....

Relax hun,

the chance of getting pregnant while on the bc pill, if taken properly, is slim to none, its like 1 in 100. Not only that but most women are most likely to get pregnant 12-14 days before their expected period, not TWO. The fact that she took the morning after pill as well and as quickly as she did, lowers her chances of having concieved to like 1 in 1 billion, if your sperm was strong enough to knock her up after all of the hormones she pumped into her body you deserve a metal. Shes not pregnant, relax and crack a beer with some buddies, and next time double wrap it or wait till your ready to risk getting her pregnant.

she really should not be taking bc and then have taken plan b.  i heard that plan b pills are equal to a whole bunch of birth control pills. plan b is supposed to be taken if there is NO other form of contraception. and birth control IS a form.  i doubt she was or is pregnant even before she took plan b. Birth Contol works pretty week. but because of her taking her bc and plan b. she prob messed up her period. thats wayyy too many hormones. i dont think shes pregnant i just think shes not going to get her period for awhile
