It sounds like you have a fungal infection.

With having been on the antibiotics, these can bring about fungal infections, because the antibiotics not only kill off the bad bacteria, but the good ones too and that causes the fungus to get out of hand.

Make an appointment to see your doctor to get checked out for any bacterial and fungal problems.  The doctor may take a swab to identify the bacteria/fungus.  Your doctor will be able to prescribe either an antifungal cream and/or an antifungal medication to take by mouth.

If you do have to have antibiotics in the future, ask your doctor for a prescription for an antifungal medication.  It appears that you may be prone to this now.

At home wash down below, but do not use normal soap.  Only use non perfumed soaps and those that have a pH level like our skin, or baby washes.  After gently drying, applying natural live set yogurt will help to lessen the irritation, inflammation and itching.

Best wishes.

I've never heard of white discharge from the urethra before.  Are you sure you're not picking some up from the vaginal area on your way wiping back?  I would definitely go to the doctor because, if you have a UTI that's become a kidney infection, you need treatment ASAP.  And you'll want to get an STD panel done as well just to make sure.
