My Pms includes all of the above...lol lately I've been over the top moody. My usual symptoms includes nausea, sensitive to smells, carvings for sweets, sleepiness....more like I'm pregnant. My cramps have always been extreme and I can never go without meds during my cycle, at least for the first 2 days or else I would be stuck in bed in a fetal position.  I'm very active,  healthy,  and I'm a vitamin lover but nothing lessons my symptoms.

Thank you both so much. I agree. The older I'm getting, the more severe my pms symptoms have gotten. One that went away was horrible aching in the tops of my legs. Right after I had my son in 2007 that went away and never came back. But pounding nauseous headaches took its place, along with nausea , sore breasts, wild mood swings and back aches.

As I've gotten older, my period symptoms have shifted into more intense cramps with more soreness in my breasts. In fact, my period symptoms mimic my previous pregnancy symptoms more than ever before. I'll get lower back pain, terrible stomach issues, and just a downright flu-like feeling sometimes. Try taking a good and easy vitamin daily. I still take my pre-natals because they're way better than any women's daily vitamin I'll get at GNC. They assist with the nutrients you're lacking which may cause more PMS.
