pms?

Is it normal to jave sore nipples about 11 days before expected period?  Can it be pms or perimenapaise? Im 43.

Perfectly normal.  You can have sore breasts at any part of your cycle.  It all has to do with hormones.  Some months my breasts will hurt all month, others just the week before or the week of, and yet others not at all.

Thanks for reply.  I wonder if im in perimenapause.  I get wierd symptoms, like nausea or sore nipples....maybe my hormones are out of whack.
