possible pregnancy after tubal ligation

I had a tubal ligation done after my 4th child 7 years ago. In the last month or so I have become very tired all the time, nauseous, headaches, very hungry at certain times. The thing is that I started spotting a brownish color right when my period is due. Could I still be pregnant?

An update: I'm spotting a little more now and its redish in color. Its not enough for a light tampon, but more than enough for a pantiliner. Should I go see my doctor? I generally have one late period a year, 30/31 days instead of 27/29, and its usually a normal to heavy flow. I am really only seeing this bleeding when I use a tampon or wipe.

Yes, it is possible to get pregnant after having your tubes tied...I had my tubes tied in January 2010 and I was pregnant with triplets (however I have lost them all)...
Good Luck

I am an L&D nurse and yes I have seen it happen a few times over the years.  Might want to take a test to make sure.
