possibly pregnant?

hi all! i was last sexually active in november 2015. I have not missed any periods, but they have been a bit lighter and shorter in duration... starting in January, I was having severe stomach pains and went to the ER.. they did an ultrasound (vaginal and abdominal) and diagnosed me with a cyst on my ovaries and gallbladder complications. I got my gallbladder removed and am still having pains.. I went back to the ER for pelvic pains and they did another exam, saying that the cyst got bigger... I have now had a total of 3 (internal and abdominal) ultrasounds at what would be 11 weeks, 13 weeks and 15 weeks of pregnancy (if I am even pregnant...) Would it be possible to miss a baby/fetus on ultrasound in the second trimester? most likely, i am not pregnant, but I am trying to figure out what the problem is... thank you all for your help.

Anything is possible however, did the er run any blood work? if so check if they looked at you HCG level. if the level is anything high than 10. that means your hormones are showing you are pregnant, if you are 8 weeks or more your HCG level should be at least 17000. if the level is below 6, than you are not pregnant and need to have an ob-Gyn look at you. growing cysts are rarely a okay thing.
