pregnancy symptoms or just sick?

I'm having hot flashes, gas/constipation/general bowel problems, shortness of breath, craving salt and fatigue. I also just feel pregnant if that's possible. however I had protected sex but I was really fertile it was about a week ago,  should I take a test? or am I just over anxious

the time to test for pregnancy is when you miss your period.

But honestly, in what you describe, it would be too early to have these symptoms.  It takes a bit of time for the hormones of a pregnancy to accumulate enough to cause symptoms.  Most women report being a bit more tired than usual as the first symptom and then breast tenderness after that. (both of which are also PMS symptoms) Nausea doesn't usually start until 6 o 7 weeks into a pregnancy.

good luck

Wait till its been 2-3 weeks after you had unprotected sex and test, it's very likely that you could be.
