slight bleeding between periods

I've noticed a slight bleeding between my periods. This was around 14 days after I had my last period and it was only a small amount of blood (more like diluted blood) on the toillet paper (I'm 100% sure the blood was not from the urine). It was yesterday and didn't happen again until now. My periods are usually regular and occur every 30-32 days. I have no other symptoms apart from that. I am 21 and this has never happened to me before. I'm panicking! Should I be worried? Please answer me quickly...
