small painless bump on.clitoral.hood

I noticed a pea sized lump to the left of my clitoris 2 days ago.it was rather soft but felt like, for lack of a better term, it had a sort of tail to it as well? Maybe an elongated tear drop shape with the round part being more bulb like. It's hard and rubbery in consistency. No change in skin color or temp over the bump. It's not tender. No.discharge. It has an opening 1 cm left to the bump beccause on sqeezing a very very veryy tiny drop of pus or blood apprears first, then no discharge.
What is it? Has anyone experienced it ever? Should i try to drain it? I am afraid i might infect it i try to drain(it is not showing anysign of inflammation except for that tiny needle-tip like drop.of pus. What should i do

I would get to a doctor to have them take a look- you don't want to pick at it and cause an infection, especially not knowing what exactly it is.  Have a doctor give you an in person exam and gather a bit more of your medical history, for a better course of action- rather than just guessing and possibly causing things to get worse from trying to drain it.
