small sore lump by the vagina

this morning i woke up and i noticed a smallish lump by my vagina. it is hard but does not move around. i am almost 14 and have never had sex or any sexual contact. It hurts when i touch it but is not red. I have my period but have missed it for a few months now. I usually have some discharge but it has increased a lot.  I'm really worried and am wondering if it has anything to do with fordyce spots (which i also have). I dont know how to talk to my mum about it. Any ideas? I would really appreciate your help. :(
