sore breast

Hi im 23yrs old and my last period came on the 30th may last month, which was late, Its now 28th.6 (still waiting for my period) and my breast have been sore, litterally having to hold them when asleep or even when moving around the house to stop them from moving ( trying to keep them stll) its now been acouple of days which isnt usual for this to happen before getting my period. No lumps or anything like just maybe a slite change in size. What could be the problem?

very tender breasts is a really good sign in early pregnancy. at the same time is a symptom before starting a mentrual cycle. the real way to deterine is to take a home pregnancy test. if neg. i would wait a few morw days to see if period arrives if not i would go see your dr. and have a blood test done to rule out pregnancy 100%.  and dr may also have a better answer for your tenderness..

I took a home perg test last month to see weather i was preg or not because my period hadnt come. Surely enough the last day of the month my period came which kinda ruled out the chance of being pregnant. But i have a spare preg test handy so ill give it another go and hopefully figure out whats going on. Thanks for the feedback.
