a few weeks ago i had a sore pain when i wiped my vigina after going to the toilet. the soreness was just to the side of my  clit, i felt there and i could feel a lump, like a spot. it was quite hard and it really hurt to touch.
i left it as i thought it might just go away.
it stopped hurting after a while so i assumed it had gone when today when i wiped myself after going to the loo it was really painful.
i felt down to where the spot was and  it had gotten bigger. i was feeling it and i felt it burst. i lifted up my hand to see a white ball of something that had come from the spot. it was like pus bt sticky and all together not runny. i really dont know what it was and now im worried i could get more.

dont touch it when its red if it eventually gets white you can squeeze it gently its easy for the white liquid to come out and cleanse it with watered detol

In grown hair definately occurs. Shaving can cause irritation and red bumps and if one gets infected it will become sore of pus filled. The edge of some panti liners can also cause irritation that leads to a sore bump. If you live in a region that has chiggers during the summer you could definately encounter sore, itching, red bump(s). Those little insects love biting were it is warm and snug.

Did you ever manage to find out what the spots on your vagina were? Because I have a few and they come and go like facial spots, but its starting to worry me as they're becoming more frequent and they're itchy as well as painful.. And lets be honest, it's least bit graceful when a woman scratches her area. Is there anything I can do about it or is it just something I have to deal with?

I gotta agree with you guys .. its just a pimple you can eqsily get ..it snormally happnes when you shave your pubic area.coz i've had someof those.. and to be honest after a while you get used to them and you just pop them liek a pimple. so dont worry it aint genital warts!!!

Well i dont disagree on the fact that it might be a hair but, i went  to a gynecologist and he said it was an infected and blocked glan (not sure haw you spell it) basically what it does is helps lubricate the area for sex. so the little tube that which the liquid comes out from get blocked and gets swollen and so it creates an infection and could be very painful and it could get VERY BIG! It could also be thrush. my advise is go to the Gynecologist and let him take a look  cause if it is very bad it could be removed by an operation which its not recommended unless necessary other wise get treated..much easier and less painful!!!  well i hope this helps that goes to anyone since i replied so  late! lol

I agree with jgirl.. An infected hair is almost like a pimple on your face. It gets infected, causing a bump that is filled with infection and then it eventually bursts. If you notice anymore, you can try a HOT comress to releive the pressure and induce drainage.
Keep in mind that this is ONLY an opinion by someone who is NOT a doctor and you really should get these things checked by your physician just to be on the safe side to make sure it isn't something serious or an STD.
