swollen

For about a week i had a swollen and very s3nsative clitoris..i noticed a pin sized bump on it as well.ive been super itchy for the past 3 months..what can it be ?

Ive been treated,for a,yeast infection ...got a lil relif but the itching never went away.
Ive gotten tested for bactira and came back negative
And also for every std except herpes. What is wrong with me ? I seem to always be itchy for months at a time !

I started noticing a cottage cheese discharge which can mean yeast but then why would my results for a yeast infection keep coming back negative ?

The STD test all came back negative
