vagina burning and swelling after sex

it all started with me having a boyfriend, he wassn't my first sexual partner, almost a few days after our first time i had an itchy vagina which i thought was a yeast infection.. i started getting very sick the next few months we got together in November and in may i was hospitalized for extreme abdomen pain.. they did a ultrasound on my overys and found out they were irregular, i was in for three days and the doctors were guessing that it was bad sits.. a week or so after i was home they called and said that i have clamidia . i stayed with my boyfriend and got pregnant a month later. i had my child and many std tests while pregnant and have been clean sence. but still the yeast infections did never go away .. until after a few months of not having sex like after i had my daughter and i was still healing. then once again when i was sexually active it would burn after sex and my vagina would swell and when i pee'd it would burn very painfully . also i had a discharge that would smell kind of sour almost and its like a thick yellow color. i ended up getting pregnant for him a seccond time when my daughter was about 5 months. i was not having sex with anyone for months and once again everything was back to normal.. but then i got back with him recently and the same thing was happening after sex and the discharge lasts a few months after sex, the swelling around 12 hours, the burning a couple hours and itching around a week! an answer to this problym would be amazing, i don't want to live like this forever.

You stated the first time, you were treated for Chlamydia. Was your partner ever treated?  If not, it's possible he keeps re-infecting you.

I'm not a professional but it might be an STI...I've read that if the discharge isn't normal (I think it should be a milky color), then it might be an infection. But hey don't take my word go ask a professional.
