vaginal pimple

hi....im 13 and i have this bump or pimple thing on my vaginal area... i know-gross right? i don't want to talk to my parents about it because i feel uncomfortable and this is not the kind of thing my parents are good about. they're not exactly the emotional type. anyways, well i didn't know what it was so i kinda..tried to pop it.. (EW) and some pus came out followed by blood (EEWWW EW) and so i don't know what it is.. obviously i'm not sexually active, so i've eliminated to thought of and std but it still scares me.. do you think you could help me out?

Hello,
I have had one of these but on the inside of my vagina i poped it and it hurt really bad. Dont worrie my went away after that. So maybe wait a wial and see how it goes but make sure u get all the puss out.

oh and also, if this is like an ingrown hair thingy..what do i do to make it go away?
