very bad headache

It started since yesterday, it seems I can't get rid of it.  I took tylenol, is this safe?  am I okay?  is this a sign of something?  I am 12 weeks pg.

Have you had your blood pressure taken lately??  Sometime when the blood pressure is up you can get a headache.  If it continues  you might want to check with your doctor.

tylenol is the only thing you can take while pregnant, so i was told.  I never had headaches but I am sure its normal.

headaches are very common in pregnany.. tylonal is  okay to take, but becareful on how many you take..
