MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Inflamed vagina can be due to a number of causes. First of all it can be due to allergic reaction or contact dermatitis to your undergarments, sanitary napkins or tampons, soaps etc. There is no change in the colour or smell of discharge in this case.

Secondly, It can be due to STD’s but there is a change in the discharge in that case. You should get these causes evaluated from a gynecologist and not take any medicines on your own.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

We are not allowed to advise anyone to take anything not prescribed by their doctor.
In this case, even if we COULD give that sort of advice, I wouldn't have a clue what to tell you to try.
Your vulva is swollen for a reason and an OB/GYN is the only one who can tell you exactly why and what to do for it.
I wish I could have been more help, but you really do need to see a doctor.
I wish you the best.
Peace
