want to have good health

hi! im 42 yrs old female..and im starting to have a healthy body..im staring to go on gym since two months ago..at first i start walking for 15min on threadmill..aerobike for 10min and airwalk for 10min too..and also a little bit f weigth machine for only 10kilo...and lately i start running for 10min...but ofcourse i streching before and after training...but my question is i still dont feel any difference of my body and sometime i alway got cold ...by the way i have panic attack problem that why i start exercise to believe that will heal by this...is there a little paossible that my exercise help me....

thank you very much for your response...i reaaly apreciate and inspired  to continue and try to be patient of waiting the good result of what im doing now..

I think there's a huge possibility that exercise can help with your panic attacks.  Have you tried breathing exercises as well?  I would also recommend some type of yoga and/or meditation for the panic attacks.  Hopefully the exercise along with a healthy diet will soon produce results for you.  Good for you on deciding to get healthy and good luck to you!
